Correcting clerical error on court document
My brother was arrested and there was a error on the due date of his release from prison. What do I need to do to get the B.O.P to dhere to the Judge court order and correct this error on his correct date of release from prison. No one seems to want to help me and been asking for a year for assistance. Please help.

If there was an error, then you must hire an attorney to seek leave of the court to correct the mittimus. Please call for further discussion.
