In any event, this is a question that should be asked of the attorney who is representing the defendant in the pending criminal case. If that is you, ask your attorney. If tat is you but you do not have an attorney, you need to hire the best criminal defense attorney you can afford. If you are facing charges in any of the various jurisdictions in which I regularly practice, I might be able to offer my services or a reasonable fee. Feel free to contact me .
