Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
How can you get court fines and cost either removed or reduced? I have a felony from a few years ago and I am not able to fine employment. I am currently working with a recruiter to get into the US Army, but I need to get the fines paid first and I have no income. Please advise.

You may want to go back to the court where you were sentenced and ask if you can do community service in lieu of the fines.
