Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was court ordered to pay a fine on a previous case.I was sent to IDOC for 6 months on a seperate case and wanted to know if my payments would be held til I was relaesed. I was released and found out there is a warrent for me for nonpayment what can I do

Surrender and tell the court why you were unable to make the payments, but the failure to make the payments may have been a violation of the prior sentence and subject you to further jail time.
