Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I am currently on court supervision in cook county illinois for possesion of cannabis (class c under 2.5 g) and was recently arrested as the result of a traffic accident in dupage county illinois. I was written 3 tickets by the police, 1 for "leaving the scene of an accident w/ and unnatended vehicle" 1 for "failure to reduce speed at scene of accident" and another for possesion of cannabis (class c under 2.5 g). the officers did not find the cannabis via terry search (they searched vehicle without what i believe is probable cause, I was not intoxicated, the was no smell of marijuana in the car, nor was any visible) and i was unnaware of the cannabis in the car. I am a college student with plans of med school in the future. I get good grades, am a campus leader and participate in extracurriculars. Please, any help is greatly appreciated. I dont want this to ruin my life...

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

It is a shame that your life is being ruined by something as petty as cannabis possession.

If you were in California this would not be an issue!!

You will need to hire an attorney because you VIOLATED your court supervision and may be facing "Hit and Run" charges in layman's terms.

If you ever want to be an MD you need to take your criminal record seriously!

Contact me if you would like to discuss further.

I have reasonable rates and offer accommodating payment plans.
