Court Supervision
Where do I go to ask for permission to leave the country? I am currently under court supervision in Dupage County.

You need to go to the clerk's office in Wheaton and file a motion to get the case in front of the same judge who placed you on supervision. They will give you a court date with that judge. There you will make your request for permission to leave. Good luck, and have a nice trip.
