a crazy case

my boyfriend is being accused of a armed robbery on a fedral credit union, well in the time the crime happened he was on home montor for a prior case and got release on this condontion of home montor, well reports show that he was at home of time of this robbery, but they have a witness saying that he was there and that person is to testify can a persons that testifys against him saying he was there will that hold up in court when he goes to trial,he has papers saying he was at the house during the time of the robbery, then one more thing can a person that is charged in this case being used as a matrial witness can there time get saspented untill they mess up!!! thank you.

Your boyfriend needs to hire the best criminal defense attorney he can afford as soon as possible if he is not already represented by legal counsel. If the facts are as you state them to be, it sounds like he should be able to prove an alibi defense and have the charge against him dismissed.
