credit card fraud

I was charged with the intent to use a stolen credit card. I did use card information given to me but i was under the impression that it was not stolen. I never had intent. The amont in question is 600. Can I win this in court? thank you

I doubt it. How are you going to convince a judge or jury that you used a credit card that was not yours, but you did not know it was stolen. Even if it was not stolen, did the owner of the card give you permission to use it? If that is your defense, prepare for a sentence to prison.
