what are the ramifications for stealing money from your company that is under $100K through credit card usage.

This is a very serious crime. A period of imprisonment as well as restitution is possible. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, the court will appoint one to you and he/she can explain the exact details of your offense and the consequences to you.
