criminal property damage
Someone damaged my house under $300 worth, what actions would i take next and what would the reprocussions for the defendent be?

Hello. You should make a police report and take the report to the county prosecutor (State's Attorney) in your county. You can also file a lawsuit against this person. Since the amount of damage is under $300, according to your posting, this person would not be charged with a felony. Will be happy to discuss this further.
