Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Criminal

I'm wondering if someone that is being charged with posession of an illegal substance can claim he was given the substance, they are claiming ignorance, therefore can they just point the finger at the person that gave them the product? Will that person be arrested?

If a person is charged with possession of a controlled substance, that person needs expert legal representation. The attorney representing the defendant will interview the defendant, interview any witnesses, review the evidence obtained by the law enforcement officials, and advise the defendant regarding possible defenses, plea bargains and so forth. If you are in need of legal services and are not already represented by legal counsel you may call me for a free telphone consultation at 314-727-2822.
