Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Curiosity on a charge.
What does reckless discharge of a firearm and endangerment mean? I am being subpoenaed to appear against someone with that charge that i have never met. I was wondering if that term means firing a gun or not properly disposing of a firearm.

Re: Curiosity on a charge.
It means firing a gun without being careful where you are pointing it. In general about being subpoenaed, be careful what you say because it could be used in court against you as well.
