damage to mail box
neighbor has visitor who knocks down my mailbox while backing out of his driveway (acrss the street)
who is liable? visitor or neighbor? who should i contact for liability? insurance co of vehicle that caused damage?
isnt there some type fo violation for vandalizing federal property?

The visitor. You need to file a police report. Contact the insurance company of the visitor.
