Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My daughter is down at college and she went into Kohl's department store and her girlfriend was stealing and she was with her, and the girlfriend got caught, not inside the store but they pulled the car over that they were in. The clerk remember seeing my daughter in the store and they charged her also. What are her options when she goes to court, she doesnt need anything on her record, her recored is free and clear, she going to school for nursing with an 3.8 gpa already
