Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My daughter was recentley charged with a class two felony for burglery... she was with a few other people and this is her first time of ever getting in trouble and funny thing is she never stole anything the people she was with did.... she was interegatted for over four hours and she admitted knowing what they were doing after that fact of not knowing when she was first with them.... is there any way to get this charged changed to criminal tresspassing for her.
