Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Can a defendant be charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of robbery and one count burglary when there was only one victim and one criminal act? I understand being charged with both aggevated robery and burglary since they are two different acts, but i don't understand being charged with 2 counts of aggravated robbery and robbery.

An attorney would have to know the facts involved both from the defendant's side and from the state's side before he could provide any competent response to your question. Obviously, if you have an attorney, you should be asking these questions to yoru attorney. If you don't have an attorney, you need to hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford.
