Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
What does it mean if a defendants personal legal information is wrong on an indictment (felony) ? ( as in wrong D.O.B. )

I believe that a clerical error can be corrected. If nothing else, the State's attorney can dismiss and refile with the correct information.
