Is a defered Judgement considered a conviction in chicago,illinois

If the judgment was entered against you, then yes it is considered a conviction in Chicago. If the judgment was in fact deferred, then the result of the case was probably a dismissal of the case. You need to be clear what the outcome of the case was.
