deferred ajudification
I plead guilty to a drug charge in 1992 and was sentenced to 2.5 years probation. wanted to know the procedure for being issued deferred ajudification

When you say deferred adjudication, do you mean expunge your record under section 1410? In Illinois there is no deferred adjudication. If you think you are eligible for expungement please call me for an appointment.
