Criminal Trespass to Vehicle is defined as whoever knowingly and without authority enters any part of or operates any vehicle, aircraft, watercraft or snowmobile.

Criminal Trespass to Vehicles is a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in the county jail.
