Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
department of corrections
I took a 6 year plea on a drug case. After i served my time,i got 2 years parole tacked on which made it 8 years total. I went back to court and the same judge amended my sentence to 4 years 2 years parole. Doc doesnt want to react to this, I need to know what to do??

Get a lawyer to enforce the new judgment. If money is a problem, you should have a public defender that can make sure you are getting all of your rights upheld.
