How long does a DA have to show all there discovery in a case.

Hello. In my 22 years of practice I

have always demanded that the prosecutor produce all discovery before trial. Otherwise my client could be prejudiced. This is very important. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail. If the prosecutor fails to cooperate,

a motion to compel production of discovery should be filed immediately.
