Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Disorderly Conduct - obscene gestures
A neighbor flicked me the finger - I flicked him back and was charged with disorderly conduct. I called the Police since that neighbor grabbed the collar on my jacket and attempted to pull me through my car window and threatened to beat the f--- out of me - He was not charged for anything. Is an obscene gesture a criminal offence?
