He currently has convictions on his record of: 2 violations of protective orders, domestic battery, and criminal trespass. while in custody he being charged with his 2nd domestic battery against me. Will he have to bond out of jail before he is released even after his sentence is up? what is likely bond amount? If convicted what type of sentence will he likely be facing?

Re: domestic battery- 2nd conviction

I cannot predict what the bond amount might be, but given the history it could be significant. The more pressing issue is what will become of the case against him. After completing whatever sentence is imposed he will be released without further bond. The bond is to make sure he shows up in court as scheduled from time to time until the case is decided.
