domestic violence
i was arrested for domestic violence this is my first offense i think i know whats going to happpen what i wanted to know is my boyfriend is not going to show in court if he gets a subpeona hes still not going to go my public defender advised me that it is very slim that he will go to jail if he doesnt show hes worried he will go to jail i dont think he will we dont know what to do
