Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Domestic Violence
I am a vicitm witness to domestic battery and the case will be going to trial in January of 2008. The defendant in the case just recently moved out of state and I was wondering if it is legal for him to move to another state while awaiting trial?

Re: Domestic Violence
If he can move out of state depends on the conditions of his bond.
