A draft sentence order is the document signed by the judge detailing your sentence (supervision, conditional discharge, probation). The draft sentence order will outline what the conditions of your sentence are such as: community service, no contact with anyone, reporting to probation/social services....etc.
A copy of your sentencing order is in your court file with the clerks office.
feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your matter further
