what am i looking at for penalties for getting caught twice driving while suspended

It depends on the reason that you are suspended. If it is DUI related (statutory summary suspension) you may be looking at a minimum 30 days in jail or 300 hours of community service. If it is some other type of suspension the penalty may be less. The possible penalty in any event is up to 364 days in jail and/or fine of up to $2500.
