driving while suspended

I recently got caught driving on a suspended License and this would be my third time over a period of time. What is the penalty?Does it matter if they were in different counties?

Re: driving while suspended

It does not matter that your offenses were in different counties. You could now be charged with a felony. See a lawyer as soon as possible.
