How can i get my court files?

Your court files are public records. All you have to do is go to the courthouse, find the circuit clerk's office (if you were in State court) and request the files. Then, you can either make copies or have the clerk make copies for you at your own expense. The same general advice would be true if your case was in the Federal court.
