drugs found on ground
I got pulled over , they found a pipe . I surrendered a bag or cannibis . After the search was preformed on my persons the officer found a bag of controled substance on the ground near my vehical. Can i get charged with it ?

The short answer is "Yes." If you deny the bag on the ground being yours, and go to trial, the judge or jury will look at all of the circumstances and then decide whether it was yours or not. Hire an attorney.
