Right to speedy trial.
No one tolled the period.
No discovery.
Subpoenaed records destroyed.
Wife pigeon holed to plea bargain.
She accepted.
I am picking up the slack.
Going nationwide.
How can this be?

My suggestion to you is to ask your lawyer. You expect a quick, easy answer here. You haven't given enough information to even give you a guess. All you have given is some incomplete sentences that are almost nonsencical. If you've been in custody (?), or on bail, this long you must have a lawyer.
