i got my first dui and it was a bad one i got in an accident and my friend got her i got charged with agg dui agg resistin and agg fleaing

You have been charged with a felony. Agg DUI is a class 4 felony so carries a prison term of 1 to 3 years. I am not sure what your question is, but my advice is to hire an experienced criminal defense lawyer immediately.
