Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
there is a dui showing up on my criminal history but its not me. If you look up the info that shows up on my record, it is indeed another person and is nowhere near resembles my name, and race. How can I get this off my record? Can i sue?

Sue whom? Start with the Secretary of State because information can be misapplied; you may need to consider asking for an administrative hearing. If that doesn't pan out, then you may need an attorney to take it further.
