elder abuse
my 85 year old father had a doctor appointment an they found a problem with his leg an he told them my brother did it but he hasnt seen my brother in 3 month we told the Doctors an Police that he is alway accusing my brother of somthing ancalling the police on him so my brother dosnt live there any more now they want my brother to come in for question should my brother go an should he have a lawyer with him

Your brother should not talk to the police. He should go talk to a criminal-defense lawyer.
