embezellment and turning states evidence
if someone has committed stollen from
their work , but has prove and can turn
states evidence against employer for
fraud , irs can they be given immunity

The problem you may have is that stealing from your employer is a state crime, and defrauding the IRS is a federal crime. The state does not have to give you immunity for information on a federal crime, and vice-versa. Gedt a lawyer asap.

Depending on circumstsnces it is possible to avoid prosecution by providing substantial assistance to Government. Do not go it alone hire an attorney who can negotiate the proper outcome for you.
