Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Old Employer

I was involved with a few others but took the whole blame without giving names. We scammed about $24,000.00 in which I paid back $16,000.00 and told them to go after the others involved for the rest and gave the other names. Can they still come after me legaly?
