Employment Restrictions After Felony Conviction
Can a person work for the postal service or at a bank after being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and is it considered the same as a federal offense?

to people that they steer
clear of all activity that
could blemish their record.
Unfortunately, a person with
a criminal charge of this
nature might have a problem
getting hired by a federal
agency. However, I would
encourage one to apply any
way and above all.... truth-
