Endangering a child
My fiance was arrested for leaving our child unattended in a car for over 10 minutes while picking up a prescription from Walgreens in Deerfield. Is a lawyer necessary and what should we expect for a punishment?

Most judges will require you to be represented by an attorney for any criminal charge.
