If I am an escort in chicago (advertise my companionship over the internet) what are the consecquences if I get arrested? How to avoid being arrested? Should I get business license? What to say what not to say? Should i have bail money?

Re: escort
You will be arrested for a Class A misdomeanor. That carries a punishment of up to 364 days in Cook County jail and or a fine of up to $2500.00. Of course there are forms of probation, and supervision where you will not spend any time in jail.
You do not need a business license. As to what not to say, I think should be discussed in a consultation where the attorney client privilege exists. Same for how to avoid charges.
