Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
If all the evidence is not there and they charge me with less than they originally said i had can charges be dropped?

If I understand the question correctly, you still had enough to be charged with something. Whether the case will be dropped will have to do with a lot of things, but you should be getting your own attorney to help out here.
