Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
exparte judgement
i recieved some traffic tickets in illinois and posted a bond of 250.00 and did not show up for court becuse the secretary of state suspended my license and the court in illinois entered an exparte judgement against me for 200.00. is that the final outcome or does that mean they are going to keep the court date going untill i show up?

Call the court and find out; they're the only ones who can tell you for certain what teh status of your case is.
