Disorderly Conduct is a Class "C" misdemeanor, carrying up to 30 days in jail and/or a $1500 fine. Possession of paraphenalia is a Class "A" with up to a year in jail and/or a $2,500 fine. It sounds as though you might have a good motion to quash your arrest if you were only yelling out of your car window. If that is the case, then all charges might be dismissed.
