expudgement in illinois
Can I get a felony expundge in illinois
possesion of canibus.pleaded out for probation and 1000$ fine in Nov 1998. almost been ten years... what about sealing it is this easier to do.I have not been any trouble since.one misdomenor priar to this for canibus an obstructing justice....that was a conditional discharge case.met the conditions but still on record....what advice do you have?

The expungement of a felony only occurs in certain limited situations. However, since you have a conditional discharge for a misdomeanor you will not be able to expunge anything. You may be able to seal both, though. Seek the assistance of a lawyer in your area.
