expungement
i was charged with aggravated assault a misdameanor with a conditional discharge will i be able to expunge this from my record i also have 18 months probation

Re: expungement
The short answer is no. Conditional discharge is a conviction, and so is probation. Neither are expungable. Once you have a conviction on your record, you cannot expunge anything. Good luck.
