extended term
if i have two aggervated batterys (which i was convicted of already) and i caught another one, is that automaticly a sentence of extended term? is it the judges discretion?------------thank you for reading me------

Hello. You could have a real problem. I believe
that you may be eligible for extended term. Either way, with the two previous convictions it
is in your best interest to win this latest case.
In my opinion, a jury is the best way to go!
