Family neglect of a terminally ill person
Can a family be held responsible when a nursing home neglects a loved one with Alzheimer's disease and ulitmately kills him/her?

No. Family cannot be held responsible unless family somehow participated in bringing about the death of a person at the nursing home. However, the nursing home is civily responsible for damages associated with the death of a resident. Email further details and let me know if you wish to look into the liability of the home.
