Under the Constitution, only federal criminal convictions, such as those received in the United States District Courts by the prosecution's case, may be pardoned or expunged by the President. Also, the President's expunge power extends to convictions received in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and military court-martial proceedings.
You MAY ask for a pardon, but these are rarely granted.
