what do you do if you feel a judge is personally against your case in court?

As a defendant, you have the right to request a substitution of judges for this particular reason. If you feel the judge has a personal vendetta against you, your attorney or your case, you can ask for a substitution of judge.
The more subtle way of getting around this problem and depending on what county you're in, you can request a jury trial and remove the case from the judge who is against you to the jury room judge. This second option is always preferred because judges will often be offended if your lawyer requests a substitution.
