Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Can all felonies be expunged? Seven yearsago I got a felonie conviction for state benefits fraud . An attorney at the time told me it cannot ever be expunged.

"All"? Absolutely Not. Note most felonies can only be "pardoned" by the governor. Here is a link to the guide/instructions:
